Privacy Policy
Short version: the ResonUp app collects no personal data. No accounts, no analytics, no ad tracking. Details below.

This Privacy Policy covers the ResonUp mobile application ("App") and the resonup.com website ("Site"). Our core principle at ResonUp is collecting no data: we believe an app about your inner world should hold no data about your inner world.
1. Data Collected in the App
We collect no personal data. The App;
- asks for no account or registration,
- requests and transmits no name, email, phone number, or location,
- contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking technology (SDK),
- shares no data with third parties and sells no data.
Anything you enter inside the App — your optional name, favorite affirmations, chosen categories, reminder time, card theme, and similar preferences — is stored only on your own device. This data is sent to no server and to no one. When you delete the App, this data is deleted from your device with it.
2. Connectivity and Remote Configuration
The App works fully offline. The single exception: on launch, the App may try
to download a small, read-only configuration file from
resonup.com/config.json (e.g. version information). This request
only downloads a file; it sends no personal data from your device.
With no connection available, the App simply keeps working.
3. Notifications
Daily reminder notifications are entirely optional, and we ask your permission explicitly. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device; they pass through no server. You can turn them off anytime, inside the App or in iOS Settings.
4. Purchases (in the Future)
The current version of the App is completely free. If an optional Premium subscription is offered in the future, payments will be processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. ResonUp never accesses payment details such as card numbers. The stores' own privacy policies apply to payment processing.
5. Data Collected on the Website
This Site uses no analytics tools, no advertising cookies, and no social media pixels. The Site consists of static pages and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical server logs (IP address, date, requested page), as is standard across the web, for security and debugging. We use these logs for no identification purpose.
6. Children's Privacy
Since ResonUp collects no personal data, it collects none from children either. The App is intended for a general audience and is marketed to no one under 13.
7. Your Rights
Because your data lives on your device, control is fully yours: change your name and preferences inside the App, remove favorites, or uninstall the App to erase all local data. For questions about your rights under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698), you can always write to us — while we note again that we hold no personal data about you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, the "last updated" date on this page is refreshed. If our no-data-collection principle ever changes, we will announce it openly and visibly.
