By using the ResonUp app or resonup.com, you accept the terms below. We tried to keep them plain and readable.

1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the ResonUp mobile application ("App") and the resonup.com website ("Site"). By downloading the App or using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you decline them, please refrain from using the App and the Site.
2. Nature of the Service — Important Notice
ResonUp is a personal growth and lifestyle application. The affirmations and all content in the App serve motivation and information only. ResonUp;
- is a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service in no way,
- offers no diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or professional counsel,
- makes no promise of any outcome.
For any concern about your mental or physical wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional. No content in the App substitutes professional help, and none should be used that way.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from the App is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the App and on the Site — affirmation texts, design, logo, brand name, imagery, and software — belongs to ResonUp and is protected by intellectual property law. Every affirmation was written originally for ResonUp. Beyond personal use (e.g. in-app share cards), bulk copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of the content in other products is prohibited absent our written permission.
5. Pricing and Future Subscriptions
The current version of the App is free. In the future, an optional Premium subscription may be offered for certain features. In that case;
- price, duration, and renewal terms are shown clearly in the App before purchase,
- payments are processed only through Apple App Store or Google Play,
- subscriptions are managed and canceled through your store account,
- refund requests follow the relevant store's policies.
The core experience offered for free will remain free even if a subscription arrives.
6. Prohibited Use
You may use the App and the Site for none of the following:
- any unlawful purpose,
- gaining unauthorized access to systems or disrupting their operation,
- harvesting content with automated tools (scraping),
- using the ResonUp brand in a misleading way.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App and the Site are provided "as is". We make no express or implied commitment that they will run uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are liable for no indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App or the Site. Nothing in this section removes the statutory rights consumers hold under applicable law.
8. Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms' own terms additionally apply to your relationship with them.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect upon publication. For significant changes we will give notice through reasonable means.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Merkez) hold jurisdiction over disputes; for consumer transactions, the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration boards and courts at the consumer's place of residence is reserved.
