Adjusts the order and format of a programme’s content to how you actually use it.

Safety routing
Recognizes a high-risk prompt, stops the usual response, and points to real-world support.

A refusal list is a feature. Every line below was settled before the product shipped, and each one is enforced in code rather than promised in a footer.

It does not use fear, scarcity or guilt to keep you subscribed.
Your data in this
Personalization can be switched off entirely, and journal-based reflection is opt-in per entry. Turning it off leaves the rest of ResonUp working.
Five questions we get asked.
Is this a chatbot?
No. Reson Intelligence runs six defined tasks inside the product, each with a fixed input and a fixed output. There is no open-ended conversation to fall into, and none is planned for launch.
Does it read my journal?
Only when you ask it to, for the entry or the date range you select. There is no background pass over your writing, and the Private Vault is excluded by default.
Can I switch personalization off?
Yes, completely, from the Privacy Center. The daily ritual, the journal, the audio library and Journeys all keep working without it.
Is my writing used to train a model?
No. Provider contracts require training opt-out and the shortest retention available, and your entries are not part of any training set.
What happens if I write something serious?
A high-risk signal stops the usual response and points to real-world support in your country. It is not an emergency service and it does not replace professional care.
