Getting started
What ResonUp is, what a first session looks like, and what an account is actually for.
What is ResonUp?
A personal evolution membership built around one short daily sequence: tune in, set an intention, listen or visualize, choose one small real-world move, and close the day. Over months it becomes a private archive of your own thinking rather than a feed.

How do I start?
Open the app and complete a single ResonFlow. It takes a few minutes, it works before you have set anything up, and it ends with one small move you have chosen for the day.

Do I need an account to try it?
No. An account exists so your journal, Journeys and downloads follow you to a new device and survive a lost phone. You can create one later with Apple, Google or an e-mail address.
What is Today’s Move?
One action you choose for the day, in real life rather than in the app. It is deliberately small: a move that happens is worth more than a plan that does not.
What can I use without Plus?
A daily ResonFlow, a private journal and a selection of audio and Journeys. ResonUp Plus opens the full library, Reson Intelligence, the complete archive, My Voice and Circles.

Subscription and billing
Trials, renewal, restoring a purchase, switching plan and cancelling — all of it handled by the store that took the payment.
Where do I subscribe?
Inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play. There is no checkout on this website and we will never ask you for card details here. The store handles the transaction, the currency and the receipt.

How does the free trial work?
The annual plan opens with a 14-day free trial. The price that follows it is shown in the app before you confirm, in your own storefront’s currency. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

How do I cancel?
In the store that holds the subscription — Apple or Google — rather than through us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays open until the period you have already paid for runs out.

I paid, but Plus is not active.
Use Restore purchases in the app, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase. If it still does not appear, send support the store receipt and we will trace it from our side.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are decided by Apple and Google under their own policies, because they take the payment. We can point you at the right form and tell you exactly what we can see about your subscription.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from the subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play. The change takes effect at the next renewal, and the store shows what you will be charged before you confirm.
Privacy and your data
What is collected, what personalization uses, and how to export or delete everything you have written.
Who can read my journal?
Only you. Entries are private by default, they never appear in a Circle, and their contents are not written into our logs.
Read in full: Journal
What does personalization actually use?
Only what you have agreed to share, entry by entry, and you can switch it off in the Privacy Center whenever you like. With it off, the rest of the product works exactly as it did.

Can I export everything I have written?
Yes. Every member can request an export of entries, intentions and saved items from the Privacy Center, in a format you can open without ResonUp.

How do I delete my account and its content?
From Delete Account in the app, or by following the written steps on this site. We also say plainly that cancelling the subscription is a separate step in the store, instead of letting a paid plan run on quietly after the account is gone.

Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. There is no advertising network in ResonUp, reflection data is never used for ad targeting, and this website carries no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels.

Circles and safety
How invite-only Circles work, what is shared inside one, and what to do when something feels wrong.
What is a Circle?
A small, invite-only group. There is no public feed, no follower count and nothing to discover from outside. Members share short pulses and, if they all want to, a shared Journey.
Read in full: Circles
What is shared inside a Circle?
Only what you post there. Journal entries, voice recordings and personal media never enter a Circle, and anything you have posted you can delete.

Something in a Circle worries me. What can I do?
Report the member or the post from the screen you saw it on. Reports reach a person, and you are never asked to justify your discomfort before we look at it.
Can I leave a Circle?
At any moment, without an explanation. Leaving removes you from the group, and you can delete the pulses you posted there as well.
Troubleshooting
Downloads, sync, reminders and sign-in: the four things that break most often, and what usually fixes them.
Downloaded audio will not play offline.
Downloads belong to the device that made them. Check that the item still shows as downloaded, that the device has storage free, and that Plus is active on the account you are signed in with.

An entry is missing on my other device.
Sync runs when the app has a connection. Open ResonUp on the device where you wrote the entry, let it finish, then reopen the other one. Nothing written offline is discarded.
I am not getting reminders.
Check the notification permission for ResonUp in your system settings, then the reminder times in the app. ResonUp sends few notifications by design, and none of them are guilt reminders.
I cannot sign in.
Use the same method you signed up with: Apple, Google or e-mail. E-mail links are short-lived on purpose, so if yours has expired, request a new one from the same screen.
None of this matches my problem.
Write to us. Include the device, the operating system version and the app version, and the first reply can be an answer instead of a question.

Still stuck?
Write to support. If the question is technical, the device, the operating system version and the app version usually save a day of back-and-forth.
Support answers within two business days, in Turkish, English, German or Russian.
