ResonUp

How it works

A short ritual, and one thing you actually do.

ResonFlow takes three to seven minutes. It ends with a single real-world move that you choose, and that move is what accumulates.

  • 3–7 minutes
  • Six steps
  • All of them skippable

Six steps, all of them skippable

You are never held to a fixed shape. Skip what you don’t need today; the sequence adapts to the minutes you have.

Step 1 of 6

Tune In

Name where you are, in neutral words. There is no score, no rating of your mood and nothing to get right — and you can move straight past it.

Step 2 of 6

Intend

Set the direction for the day, or pick up the intention you are already working with. One sentence is enough.

Step 3 of 6

Reson

A focus line to read or to listen to, written in the tone you chose. Keep the ones that land; the rest go.

Step 4 of 6

Visualize

Thirty seconds to two minutes of guided visualization around what you just named, with optional audio and haptics.

Step 5 of 6

Move

One micro-action for today, in your real life, chosen by you — with an if-then plan attached when a plan makes it likelier.

Step 6 of 6

Seal

Close the loop with a short reflection, a voice note, or nothing more than marking the move done.

Today’s Move

One micro-action, in your real life, chosen by you. Add an if-then plan — “after I make coffee, I’ll send the message” — when a plan makes it likelier.

  • You choose it

ResonUp can offer a move, but nothing is assigned to you. A move you did not pick is a task, and tasks are what the rest of your day is already full of.

  • An if-then plan, when it helps

Attach a cue and a place. An intention tied to a specific moment is easier to keep than one tied to a whole day.

  • Recorded, not rated

A completed move is noted in your ResonMap and nothing more is inferred from it. Nothing is scored and nothing is compared.

There is no streak counter and no guilt notification. What you completed is simply recorded.

Seal

In the evening, or whenever suits, close the day with a short reflection or a voice note. Completed moves gather in your ResonMap and in your Weekly and Monthly Mirrors.

Rhythm, not pressure

Missing a day costs you nothing. ResonUp is designed for meaningful use, not maximum screen time.
